Returns

Returns are accepted only if the wallet device is found to be faulty upon delivery. Reach out to us at [email protected] for return requests with a description of the problem. The device must be returned in the original packaging and with its accessories within 15 days of delivery.

Refunds

After getting a return approved and after inspecting the device, the refund will be processed. Refunds are transferred to the customers' bank accounts, and for that, the customers need to provide us with their bank account details after we confirm the return; no cash refunds are issued.
